A Call To Repentance and Faith in Christ
We Are All Sinners
Adam was created to bear the image of God. When He disobeyed God, He chose to live independent of God, to be his own god, calling his own shots, doing things his own way. It didn't work out as planned. Instead of life, he bound all of mankind to death, and imprisoned us all in a kingdom of misery, blind to God, deluded into believing that all is well. Yet, we still look for salvation to arise from ourselves, only to find there is nothing in creation that can satisfy our need. Because only God can.
God Is Righteous
God created man to be His sons and daughters, pure, holy, and perfected in love, to live without fear before Him all our days. God is love, but He is also a righteous and holy God. Sin is rebellion against all that He is, and His love will not permit Him to leave His creation to continue, bound to sin and defiance against all that is good, holy, righteous, and embracing all that would destroy them and those around them. Sin must be judged. But we need His mercy. How to reconcile this and remain God.
God Made A Way
God sent His Son to die for our sin, the one for the many, to liberate us from the power of Satan, sin and death. All God requires from us is that we put our trust in His Christ, His Messiah, His Redeemer, and trust Him to complete all His good will and purposes in us, for us. Yeshua paid the price for our sins. God can now forgive us freely because we trust His Christ, and He can now be the Father of our lives, to help, guide, heal, restore, provide and bless us as He has always purposed and desired to do.
What Are You Going To Do About It?
Life and liberty are yours for the asking. Will you humble yourself to admit your need, and trust yourself to the hands of your everlasting Father, and ask Him to do all He has said He is willing and longing to do for you? All it takes is a simple confession of faith in Christ as the propitiation for your sins. Are you ready to take the step?
God created us for eternal Life. You choose where you will spend it.
Choose Life through faith in Yeshua, the Christ, for only He can save you.
Know Your Enemies
The devil does not let go easily. His stock in trade is always deceit, lies and manipulations.
Beware these enemies to your soul, your faith and your eternity.
God can and will keep you, but only as you continue to trust Him and choose Him as your help and your shield.
Sandcastle Faith
Faith in Christ is like being married. Either you are or your aren't. Either you believe, or you do not; you are all in or you aren't. Don't let yourself be deceived into the lie of 'cheap grace.' It IS all or you will end up with nothing.
The Jezebel Spirit
Satan has a consort, and she loves to take the place of the Holy Spirit in your life. The Holy Spirit transforms you into the likeness of Christ. She just does a "spit-shine," balming your conscience with, "God knows your heart."
